Tracks diagnostics

Tracks diagnostics (OptoTrack) is a six laser/camera system for the measurement of the geometrical parameters, profile and wear of tracks. Can be installed on any vehicle.

These six diagnostic systems are installed under the body of the vehicle, so that their position is fixed and know. Each diagnostic system is composed of a laser box, which sends a laser beam toward the surface of the track, and a camera box which takes pictures of the reflected light. By processing images of tracks it is possible to find the horizontal and vertical positions of tracks.

The result of measures is presented by our software that allows to view graphical data , videos and map.
