Pantographs diagnostics

Pantographs diagnostics (PantoCheck), is a digital camera system for automatic detection of all pantographs passing through the detectin site, to prevent pantograph faults and consequent damages on the overhead line. Installed on trackside.

PantoCheck can measure as parameters:

Height
Stagger
Deviation
Wear strip
Integrity

Optional detection measures:

Carbon wear meter

The software have a database of the pictures and data of all pantographs, automatic
image processing and fault detection, multiple points of view and alarms on pantographs defects. It recognizes all types of pantograph.
